Why this site exists

A lot of useful work disappears into chats, terminals, scratch pads, half-finished notes, and “I’ll remember that later.”

This site is the fix for that.

It gives our projects a home, but more importantly, it gives the process a home. Not the polished version. The real one.

That means:

  • the good ideas
  • the weird failures
  • the field notes
  • the infrastructure choices
  • the local AI experiments
  • the small wins that eventually add up to a real system

Patch is part of that workflow.

Not as branding. Not as a mascot. Not as “AI magic.”

Patch is the continuity layer: the part that helps keep context alive, inspect the real machine, document what changed, and keep the loop moving.

This blog is where we show that work.

If it’s useful, great. If it’s messy sometimes, even better. That usually means it’s real.
